Anyways like I said in my thread about sony still have a lot of things to show. This is just one of them and finally we got rumble again... Who thinks sony will talk about rumble at todays leipzig?
I don't see anything about a new contol pad in that ad. All it says is "2007 nen jyugatsu. reisugemu no shin standardo, tanjyou" Or "October 2007. A new standard of race game debuts"
Edit - If it IS true though, I sure hope they fix those crappy L2 and R2 buttons up!!
Did you guys read the article? It says that the main gt5 site has the picture of the new controller and says it will be shipping with the gt prologue. Since gt prolouge is released in october in japan thats why they put rumble in october...

l2 and r2 are great imo, you really get to take advantage of the pressure sesitivity for racing games and such
and while i really dont care about rumble, if it did come out, i wouldnt be sad, haha
I don't like them at all. I was playing something a few nights ago and my fingers kept slipping off the buttons. I don't like the way they slope down when they are pressed in.
Well from the way I see this... if this is true though it can still be called a rumor right now because it hasn't been confirmed by sony so yeah its a rumor right now guys...
Anyways if this is true than sony can pull off one hell of a victory in japan and maybe other regions too... Think about it guys, new rumble controller so there might be a deal where they add in the rumble controller before christmas. It does sound logical but than again it can be really far fetch to think so far ahead on a rumor... Other than that if rumble does come back its good news for sony and for us.

My thoughts exactly.
After a few hours of Motor-storm I could tell L and R were different than the original Dual-shock.
