Dualshock 3 rumbles in specific parts of controller???

well i got Dualshock 3 but i only tried it on warhawk...i feel the rumble but i feel like its only focused in the middle,so i dont seem to recognize the specific rumbles they were talkin about ...can anybody explain how it does... do anybody know what games should i play to try out that feature cuz right now im thinkin my dualshock is defective

well on GT5P, if two wheels are riding on the grass or the red and white strip, that side of the controller vibrates harder, or of you are side-swiped you'll feel it more on that side of the controller.

play DMC4, it's the most rumbling game.

uncharted makes very good use of the rumble, the rumble can be very strong to a light shake. the game does seem to have rumble in different afeas but i was expecting more from the ds3, it isntmuch better that the ds2 for rumble
