[QUOTE="yonnex"]i guess you have not played Deadspace yet ;)gp19
Yeah, already did... the graphics are awesome, but they don't match up...
Neither does the budget :DUncharted and MGS4 by far have the best looking graphics out there to date. if u want to see something amazing though, check out heavy rain. if thats in game like they have said (which has been a hit and miss) then we r in for a shock. both of those games were really good though.ShadowBass989
ya uncharted was amazing for a launch game (or near launch i forget)
well in PS3 yes. and i dont think uncharted can match it because its more plastic-like than i thought ( especially in characters ). yea sure visuals are fresh, lively and great but still, in details its not that great compared to MGS4. but if you compare MGS4 to all games, it cant be compared to Crysis on PC.
what is the greatest in MGS4 is gameplay, its really improved ALOT.
MGS4 is the only game that'll leave a huge impact on you after you finish it , you'll remember the game even when you reach 50+ years old.XxSTILL_BORNxX
The Metal Gear saga overall left a HUGE impact on many gamers and game developers. Devs take notes after each Masterpiece Hideo Kojima releases. It's the reference that game developers rely on whenever they want to create their own games. Metal Gear introduced stealth and changed 3rd person adventure/action games in many many ways. Cover system, crouching, crawling, 3rd person view to First Person view, high quality voice acting, Hollywood-like cutscenes and a storyline that many Hollywood directors failed to reach in terms of deepness and details with mind blowing twists. Boss fights that broke Guinness World Records awarding the game for the "Most Innovative Use of a Video Game Controller" for the boss fight with Psycho Mantis. Metal Gear saga is the ultimate form of perfection and it will be long before a game series would surpass it. Hideo Kojima, Metal Gear and japanese brain drains FTW!

Yeah MGS4 looks good, but it's not the best looking game ever.
The Mei Ling character model in MGS4 is stupid and gangly, as is the Rose model, the Raiden model, the Meryl model (in her wedding dress).
It's incredibly cinematic, but everything looking crappy after it?
I get my eye candy from WipEout HD.
