R2 & LBP for me.

There are a lot, but if I had to choose one, I'm not kidding, it's Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2. Actually everyone I'm playing co-op enjoys the Game and the game itselfs offers so much stuff to do, that you won't reach an end so fast xD

RE5, LBP, for both online and split-screen. Army of Two is a good Co-op game too, but I've only it on played split-screen, I haven't tried online Co-op yet.
