favorite final fantasy

-best story and ending IMO

Well I've played VII, VIII (didn't finished it because I don't have it), IX (never finished it because I don't have it) and X (couldn't beat the last friggen boss!!!).

My favorite would have to be VII

FFVII followed very closely by FFX.

FFVI is fantastic as well.

Final Fantasy VII

7, 6 and 9 in that order.

i have played 7(on a psx emulator of all things), 8 and 10

and the winner is 8

now this is favourite not the one i think is the best.

maybe because final fantasy 8 was my virgin experience it had more of an effect on me.

but 10 was still pretty good but the main character was a little difficult to empathize with, they are all like anime characters, but this was the worst one because i couldn't feel as much empathy for him as i did for cloud or squall. Looking forward to final fantasy 13 and maybe if i have a good experince with 13 i might get 13 versus aswell.

really need a good dosage of jrpg, not srpg, i really love collecting items, best of the best, gotta cath em all, again...

1. IX

3. VII

4. VIII

And then the rest, but personally there ALL good!

And my podium would be : 1. VI by far the best 2. IV the most dramatic 3. VII the last great true FF gamevivi2000

FFIX is more in the vein of what a "true" FF is far more then 7 and 8 ever were lol...

True, true, IX was a landmark in gaming.

Witty characters, amazing boss battles and a fantastic story, something that no other games has ever achieved i think, besides from MGS4, but that's a different expierence all together.
