I just have a few questions about the PS3, I have been thinking of picking one up, but I need these few questions answered before I do so.

Hows the online quality? Voice chat?

What are these trophies I keep hearing about?

What is available in the PSN Network for downloads?

What games are worth picking up at purchase?

- It's pretty good, and there's quite a few games with dedicated servers. The voice chat is a little basic, you can't chat to someone who is playing a different game, for example. - They are very similar to achievements on the other HD console. - Games, demos, themes, wallpapers. - There's a recommendation thread for PS3 games at the top of the page which is worth looking at.

Online is great. Not much lag and if it's there, it's on your end. You can't private chat in game, but you can chat outside of a game and to people playing the online game you are playing. Trophies = achievements. Bronze are small accomplishments. Silver are harder accomplishments. Gold are the hardest accomplishments. Platinum are worth a lot and you get them when you get all of the trophies. They all go to your gamer level thing. Tons. Games (PSP, PS1, PS3), demos, videos, movies, TV shows, themes, wallpapers. Lots of stuff. Depends on your taste. Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, MGS4, Killzone 2, Resistance 1 +2, LittleBigPlanet. Those are my favorite exclusives but if you have different tastes than me, just list them. :D Hope I helped! :D

This Worst case scenario you can use ventrillo with your peeps if you want party chat

All of this is true but if you didn't know, it doesn't come with a MIC you can use a bluetooth if you already have one or pick one up with Socom like i did and there are wired headsets from Ligotech (picked up from game stores, tech stores etc.) that's the only company I know about that can be used for the PS3.

As for games you should pick of look at my sig. and there is Little Big Planet actually more fun than i expected, Killzone 2, and others.
