I wonder whether i will buy this and be dissapointed like the last five Final fantasy games i brought. I mean FF12 yeash. FF12 was good. I don't know why people hate it. The story was meh, but everything was pretty cool. I played that game a ton.
Well,a shame that such an important part of a RPG(the story) was bad in this one,wich is a pretty big negative point.Also,the licence board sucked real bad.
And the main character was.......well......too kidish and androgynous to my tastes.And was very badly developed,being silent or not speaking much troughout the cutcenes,always giving the impression that the main character was Ashe(and in a way it was)more than the one you are playing with.
The soundtrack(with the possible exception of euryt village)was only average.
Too much grinding like the old ones.
The new figthing system was not so good(at least compared to the old FF games)and seemed a step backwards to me.
The art direction of some cities seem almost the same.
So,that´s only some points that explain why some people don´t like it so much. Anyway,I´ll wait to see what FFXIII will be before I hype it,and when it comes out and it´s reviewed i´ll decide if I get it or not.
