Considering that it's one of the biggest titles ever, it should show up as a downloadable title on the PSN Store. When that happens is anyone's guess, but it better be sooner rather than later.
Get it and you're in for one heck of a treat. It's a great gaming experience, probably one of my best. I generally don't like turn-based combat RPG's like the FF series, but I seem to like these. I really enjoyed FFX and FFVII....now it's oblivion for me.
