Final Fantasy X PSVita

Guess it was a surprise announcement but I dont know what to think of it since I actually never got into the FF series.

I love RPGs as the Persona series. Is this a game to get ?

Here are some details:

• Uses the same engine that Final Fantasy XIII and adapted to PSVita.
• The sets and scenes in HD remasters CGI will implement a "filter" FFXIII Engine.

You know, I basically asked this same question 10 yrs ago, :|and as FF X was my first JRPG, it changed a whole new outlook on gaming for me. I guess that shows how awesome this game is to make that effect on me.

Anyway, it really is a great game. I wish I had my PS2 still cause I've been wanting to replay this game for ages.

You should give it a try. It's my favorite game of all time, and I'm extremely happy it's coming to the Vita. I can see myself spending the time on the skytrain just playing it haha.

Is it the battle engine or the graphic's engine that is being implemented? I'm a bit confused :?

Bit confused right now whether to get it for the PS3, Vita or both just to let Square know I'd like remakes of 7-9 done the same way! If they included Japanese audio, I'd definitely buy both.

That is good news if Final Fantasy 10 came to PSvita. Square Enix was looking into bring Final Fantasy 11 to PSvita. The on-line Playstation 2 game would be excellent give the 3G and Wi-fi capabilities of the PSvita. Plus both Final Fantasy 10 and Final Fantasy 11 were on the PS2 and thus were designed with Dual Analog controls in mind. So Final Fantasy X is a natural fit for PSvita which finally has 2 analog sticks. So I knew that square Enix was considering bring the Final Fantasy 11 MMO game for PSvita but if they also brought Final FantasyX also to PSvita that would rock. Square Enix was one of PSP strongest supporters glad to see that is continuing on PSvita.

Uhm, you can't game online with the 3G, not on the Vita atleast. Still FF11 would be nice though, but for a handheld it would need an offline mode.

No not really. Could be though, but the engine could also be just for the graphics rendering. What it will play like i don't know, but i think it will be the same as the original one, since it's also a bit for the fanbase.
