Flickering when playing

My screen is flickering when i'm playing gta 4 and call of juarez bound in blood. It's flickering when i'm moving. I got HD Ready Philips 32PFL3312/10 model. Other games work normal. Anyone knows how to fix that i tryed diffrent hdmi cable but it's the same.

My tv doesn't have that option.

That is not true, you should not need game mode for play a game without problem. I have o Sony bravia without any modes and i play it just fine.
