for ps3 slim uer, does anyone of you got any problems with it??

thinking of buying a ps3 slim. for those who already got it, did you have any problem with it? like ylod, harware malfunction or anything like that...

Got a 250GB slim today.The only problem I am having so far is with PlayStation home.Keep getting a network error saying connection to the server was lost D5027.Other than that no probs.

Im also looking into getting a PS3 slim soon. I hoping the slim is more reilable than the phat, which is the only reason im getting a slim.

I think I've had mine for around a month and absolutely no issues. I use the web browser quite a lot and it hasn't freezed once unlike my original PS3 which froze quite a lot when browsing. Its also a lot quieter and I've had no issues like games freezing or anything, but bearing in mind that I'm still on FW 2.80, that might be why.

Web browser works,PlayStation store works,online multiplayer works....all except home.It let me in there for a few seconds a few times,but now it doesn't even get that far.Not sure what is up with it?

nope i havnt had any issues. well ok i had one but it wasnt that big of a deal it froze but when i put my hand on it it was flaaming hot because i was playing it nonstop

I'm in this same boat, I have been very happy. I did notice two nights ago after I turned it off the case popped as it cooled down. I have read others mentioning this same issue, but none seemed concerned.

I've had one since the slim was announced. Its runs perfectly, its quiet, no loud fan, doesnt even get hot. No YLOD even after me and my girlfriend play it 8 hours straight.
