Games that dont seem promising

Hate to say this but so far from the trailors and the hype MGS4(i hope it does good)Nothing os far has impressed me.I was hoping for more.If you have somehting to change my mind please send some sites or vids.

Have to say that i disagree with you on the mgs4 front. the visuals look amazing and good ol' hideo has never let us down yet. Also upon reading the previews on IGN (i know fox, fox, fox , yada yada yada) i have a great feeling about this game.I mean cum on the camouflage suit! and frisking people!! wow that probably came out wierd....

On the other fronts lair hasent shown promise for me either so far but i cant say that i have played the demo of HS yet so i wouldnt know on that one. but judging from videos and pictures may be a game i will pick up if ive got some extra money lying around (which is rare lol). Not all that excited about GT5 either. I love Top Gear and only really downloaded the demo of HD concept so i could 1. Feel all Jeremy Clarkson and 2. because the graphics are superb. Not a big racer fan tho tbh.

Anyhoo thats my 2 cents. As the poster said feel free to disagree!

sad to say but

Lair (it's almost all about shooting fireballs, or thats what imma predict we're gonna do 90% of the time)

Heavenly Sword (I like to like it but truth is I see a woman with three different easily-switchable weapons, how long will it take before i get sick of the three weapons. I predict not very long at least not for me)

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (although I like this one, it seemed like there was a lot of unbalanced stuff. Like how the aiming of the weapon suck and did little dmg while close-combat did a lot. A bit sceptical about the controls too, I've yet to see a gameplay movie in which someone controls the character smoothly)

Assassin's Creed (although I'll probably get this game it will be mostly for the storyline. I hear the controls are awful and in the end it's all about kill this guy and run through the crowd)

Heavenly Sword plays awful

Haze .... I mean, how many shooters can you play? The graphics are good, but they are not even close to Crysis.libthegod

Especially a PC game to console, which we all know, that no game comes close to Crysis at this point.

I'm not into console shooters :P I don't even have Resistance (I finished the whole game in my friend's house), it's just that after playing Counter Strike/Half-life for about 7 years the sixaxis or any other console controller doesn't feel comfortable for FPSs.

Lair looks like a LOT of fun but it'll be a rental for me because therse no multiplayer whatsover and it looks short.

Orange Box (man wtf. i played HL2 and HL2 episode one like 3 years ago or something. why the bloody hell would i get some crappy HL2 episode 2 on my PS3. Not to mention i haet TF2 and Portal looks boring as hell)

COD4, yea i may be the only one but it looks super linear like the other COD games. no mater how pretty it looks it looks exactly the same as any other COD. They didn't improve anything except makign it modern andl ook better.

Everything else looks amazing (ESPECIALLY white knight story and hot shots golf) maybe im asian but those games are frickin system sellers for me and my friends.
