Games that wont survive this christmas

i cant believe this reviewer has predict which games going to be hit or fail.

but this is what they assume..what do you guys think???

i kinda agree with Mirror's Edge in failing list tho.However i dont agree Crysis:Warhead in the Failing List!

Spore is a success and it shows.. despite the lack of depth in gameplay.

like i said before bro, i disagree that crysis warhead in the failing list, however mirror's edge, i dunno...it looks pretty innovative but if you compare with big games like fallout 3, LBP, like the priority which to buy first...itll probably flop, i dunno man, these list are just a prediction by a reviewer. u dont have to agree with it... its like a list of games u " must buy" this xmas ...

Mercenaries 2 already came out .. and it's far from the Christmas Season ..

This list fails ..

Rock Band will be huge, and many people will get Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, way before the big games of the fall will come out. I have to agree with ryrulez and Elann2008 and say that Fracture and bia:hh won't be hits this fall.james007_14

Yeah, I hear ya. I was actually shaking my fist at the author from the source. I was reading what he said about Mirror's Edge, and he does have a point. Imo, Mirror's Edge is just too cool to pass up, although I might get motion sickness from playing it. We'll have to see. This Christmas is going to be rocky. With the already fallen economy, video games dont come cheap. I wonder how sales are going to do for the not so established franchises.

Wasn't Bioshock a big success on PC and 360? Why wouldn't it be so on PS3?

And I really don't know about Star Wars... will it be good? looked good in some vids I saw.

Spore , Star Wars , and Mercenaries 2 should all do well in sales. Fracture isn't going to do anything , Viva Pinata 2 might not do too well despite the firsts ok showing and bundles. I don't think Brothers in Arms will do all that well. No real anticipation from even the hardcore gamers and Call of Casual Duty is the military franchise to get for them.

i dont trust EA games enough. all of their games are being superhyped

look at army of two...the only game that i have high hopes is Deadspace.

ive seen a lot of their gameplay videos, for some reason it convinced me.

I understand where you're coming from but Army of Two and Mirror's Edge are like totally different games. As a gamer for 17 years, I know how to discern a good game and a bad game and most of us who have been playing games for this long should know how to by now. Mirror's Edge is a much better quality game than Army of Two by a mile, and so is Dead Space.

EA is just the publisher. I look at the developer and I look at their work. I look at the details. Dead Space and Mirror's Edge look like quality games. I'll be damned if these games flop, which I highly doubt will be the case.

way the warhammer MMO on the hit list, just look at "Age of coane" and the lord of the rings MMO, I hate to say it but noting beats WOW even know it's a sihty game

The only ones I really object to on the "FAIL" list are Bioshock, Crysis Warhead, Mirror's Edge and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.They really, really don't deserve to be there.anime_gamer007

I definitely am w/ you on that one. Bioshock has been something PS3 owners have been pining to play for quite some time--I, for one, am actually thinking on getting it as I've heard it's a damn good, thought-provoking game--Mirror's Edge has looked hot to me since I first read a preview on it several months back, and I like the uniqueness it looks like it'll bring. Star Wars, I know that's gonna sell like bananas when it drops. Hell I've never been crazy or ever played ANY SW game in my life but I'm damn sure gonna get that--and I think that the general pull that this game has been getting--a lot of gamers that aren't really big SW fans or even do the SW video/pc games thing are just as hype about this game as the diehard fans.

This list is certainly as tad shy away for epic fail....oh no, sorry, it's already arrived. ;)

1-Where the hell is Motorstorm: Pacific Rift

2-Fracture , a hit? That guy must be on drugs , this game looks just the same as Lost Planet , with a faster pace and the terrain thing.I dont see any hype over BIA:HH either.

3-Bioshock and Star Wars failing , just lol.Bioshock will be bought by almost every ps3 owner , and SW I will get even if it receives a 4 or 5.I love the series and the freedom you had in the demo.

I played the past Brothers in Arms, and they suck! Just because its 'next-gen' doesnt mean it's gonna be a hit lol
