As long as the developers have a large majority of the previous God of War teams (and also a capable manager to keep everything together), I don't see how the sequel can fail.
well, they lost Jaffe and did a great job on GOW2, so i have faith that they can pull it off againindian_playa
yea... not to mention that even though Jaffe was not officially part of the GoW team when they did GoW2, he was still considered a Creative Consultant.
with the majority of the GoW team still in tact... i have no worries about GoW3.
There are TONS of people that develop a game. Hopefully just 2 wont affect it too much. Especially cause alot of the ideas for the whole series are laid out through the development of the first games
This game should be off the hook! It should be 10x better than the orginal two... story, music, gameplay, graphics... violence.. bloody violence... more blood... more naked chicks, more sex...more of everything
Nah!!! The two guys that left went to make their own company to aid the PS3 even more......and for GOW3 just don't worry about it....they won't kill it......IF they do....the GODS won't be happy...lol
This same question was in my mind for weeks. And it still is, i mean what if these guys were the main insipiration behind the game, what if they were the ones who made it more than an ordinary game. I am kind of nervous on GOW3 will turn out but i guess only time will tell.
the thing that i'm most worried about is that, after putting three GoW games (counting the PSP one) out, they might start running out of new captivating mythological scenarios for the levels and enemies.
Don't get me wrong, I love Mickey Mania, but I just don't think Jaffe has done much else to think of him as a premeire game producer/designer/whatever.
READ THIS...david jaffe wrote the scripts for GOW, GOW 2, AND GOW3 before the first GOW even came out...he said so on a gametrailers interview...so GOW 3 will have just as an amazing story as the first 2 and they should play just great since the gameplay is already established from the first 2 games...you have nothing to worry about, it will be awsome
