I dunno...I thoroughly enjoyed DMC1's story. But for the most part, you're right, though I've never found GoW to be amazing story wise.

I'm just not fond of Kratos, to be honest. Yeah, he's got a badass quality to him, but other than that's he's pretty boring to look at, and his personality seems to be restricted to "AARRGGGGH!!!" Now, I know they gave his some more depth this time around (at the end, apparently) but still meh for me. However, I like Dante's style and personality. Plus I've always liked bigass swords.

Very good score (though I was expecting a 9.5). Definitely buying this.

It got a great review from Kotaku and a perfect 10 from Destructiod. Those are the only reviews I care about. With that said, I was going to buy this game regardless of any review. It looks amazing!
