Vizio seems to be the best bang for your buck to me. I plan on buying one this week. VX32L to be specific.CKeurGood choice.
You too teldath.
[QUOTE="Liquid-Prince"]Theres no such thing as good AND cheap. You can get cheap and decent however which is where Vizio comes in.CKeurGood and cheap is possible. Great and cheap is not. =)
Same difference really :D
If you can assist me in finding those good deal TVs (at least 32") in that price range, I would greatly appreciate it. =)CKeur
There is this one site www.frys.com. I heard it was good b/c they don't charge tax, but I'm not too sure about that. And most of the TV's are sold out. There were 3 32" tv's I was looking at, the Samsung LN-T3253H ($850), Sharp LC32D43U ($770), and the Toshiba 32HL67 ($750). I'm waiting to see when they are going to restock and also their return/warranty policy.
btw heres a link

they have all the specs and they have buyer reviews.
bought me a astar 27` lcd hdtv for 350 bucks shipped. and im very happy with it.
got a hd cable box from my cable provider but it only offerd ten hd channels for 25 bucks so i took it back. but those hd channels were very pretty:D
but the main reason i bought it was for gaming and movies. now that i got my ps3 im even more happy.
Good cheap HDTVs dont exist. You have to spend some money if you want a awesome picture.Tha_lazyboi
Exactly, you get what you pay for when it comes to an HDTV. I bought an off brand TV a little less than a year ago and just last week i bought a new Samsung. Your better off saving your money and going with a known brand.
I have an akai LCD-TV i bought for under 600 bucks at radioshack, you might want to check out your local radioshack.
PS- to the guys who's gonna insult my tv, anything thats not in SD is good enough for me, dont care how cheap or expensive long as i'm satisfied ;-)

your pretty much right, they arent bad at all. the picture quality is superb. alot of my friends who come over on the weekends for "game night" are amazed at how the quality of the picture is especially the fact knowing it's a cheap LCDTV, but it's great, I had it for 2 months & no problem at all with it :-)

yea man, i mean the only thing about it that makes it cheap its the name, u know? and few features that it doesnt have, i seen rating around web sites 3 out of 5 stars, some 3 and a half, but yea for those who are on low budgets or want a nice big cheap hdtv, akai is the way to go.
P.S its better than VIZIO hdtv

Great and cheap isn't possible? I beg to differ.
I have this TV: Westinghouse TX-42F430S
4 HDMI, 2 Component, VGA, 5000:1 contrast, 8 ms, 60hz etc. etc. etc....numbers mean nothing to most people.
What DOES mean something to me, and everyone who is shopping for HDTV's is the video processor inside of the set, for the uninformed, the processor is what gives you stunning HD, great SD, and keeps the blur and judder down to a minimum.
TX series processor
I'll take this, no HDMI handshakes, no ghosting, very little blur (the backgrounds in FPS do blur, but stand still before I stop rotating in a 360 degree circle. The ground in Forza, a 60 FPS game, looks perfect with no blur whatsoever.), no judder (yet, I might not be watching the right things), and a great picture over spending 3k again like I did with my 46XBR2 that was clouded beyond belief.
Great TV's at great prices are out there, you just have to know what you're looking for
