Its parents like yours that I respect alot. They actually monitor what you play. I've been to GameStop too many times where a parent bought their child an M-rated game just to shut them up. Granted, your parents let you play M-games, but they are at least showing concern. Yeah, I realize this has nothing to do with the topic but I figure I'd add that.
But as far as games go where you don't take down humans. Devil May Cry lets you fight demons and monsters, no humans as I recall, although some guys do turn into demons/monsters (no worries I didn't ruin a thing). Resistance you kill aliens and monsters/bugs, but nothing human although fairly violent.
Or one of my personal favorites. Everyday Shooter, its a $10 game and its trippy as ballz.
ICO, Okami, and Shadow of the Colussues (i dont know how to spell it lol) does not have violence against people. the bowling game on the PS store has no violence. thats the only games i have since i mostly play horror games and i also play Warhawk alot lately.

Wii's don't suck, that's for sure. But get Rock Band, Gran Turismo 5, or Burnout. All good games. MLB08 the Show is good if you like baseball.

Well it is cool that i am allowed to play some m games they just dont want me shooting people they would rather seeing me blow off an aliens head than kill a human although they dont really like all that blood in resistance. There the kind of parents that dont mind unreal tournament but they like me to turn the blood off.It doesnt matter if its m, my parents just dont wan me to kill people in games.

Ratchet And Clank, Folklore, Motorstorm, GT5P, Dirt, Hot Shots Golf, Burnout Paradise, PES 2008, Madden, Fifa etc
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, June 12 Sneak out .
Would jumping into an electrified piece of sponge and watching sackboy explode qualify as "killing people"?
If not, LittleBigPlanet is right for you.
What about pulling ridiculous stunts while holding the Nitrous injection button and getting your car crashed into a pulp?
If that's ok too, then Burnout Paradise is right up your alley.
You could always go and get Echochrome, Super Stardust, flOw, and everyday shooter.
So your parents wouldn't mind it if you played a game full of naked girls and lapdances, as long as theres no killing? Lol, try some racing games like GT5 Prologue, DiRT, or Burnout Paradise...It doesnt matter if its m, my parents just dont wan me to kill people in games.

A good game that doesn't have you killing people...yet the game can be rated M. That is weird. So your parents are worried you will kill someone but don't care if you use drugs, smoke, drink alchohol, gamble, have a foul-mouth, rape women, and cause pain and suffering to a different species?ZidaneskiThey dont think ill do the things they just dont want me to get the feeling of killing someone

Well, thats a lot better than most parents. For me I just don't play rated M games which does limit my choices a lot but I am guilty of killing other humans in Warhawk...or if my mom is watching then I start killing other people in airplanes. _>.

Well theres some good games where you dont kill people
Burnout Paradise
Cod4 :P jk
Ratchet & Clank
Motorstorm
Skate
MGS4 and the entire MGS saga
its the perfect loophole for u, not only can u turn off blood but, u can beat the game without killing a single person, including boss characters, all u have to do is stun people, knock them out, or just sneak past them without them noticing u. in fact u usually get rewards for playing without killing.
Well in soul calibur 4 your not really killing them, your just knocking them out, plus there is no blood so you should check that out.
