OK, I know...they are different games and bla bla bla...but I think we all want to know which one of these games actually takes it in the reviews department. At least I know i do.
So to do that, I use metacritic...compiles all reviews from major sites and averages them out. It's not perfect, but it works.
The numbers:
GOW2: 95% average (18 reviews)

R2: 92% average (6 reviews)
http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/ps3/resistance2
So R2 is still in it, they are 12 reviews behind, and who knows? It could very well put it in the lead. One review that I read that I found absolutely unnerving was the 1up one. 83% is good...but he takes away from the score for the most simple reasons...to be honest, he doesn't really even give any.
