grand theft auto 4 online problem

i've had gta4 on ps3,since it cameout. i always get a message saying could not connect to one or more players.... im wired and im using a linksys befsr41 model . ive got an arris Tm5o2g modem. ive tried putting it through dmz and inputing the ports.... nothing. i've called rockstars and gamespy. all they say is add the ports ... i have nat 2. please help!!!!!!!vectorman23
