I went on to GTPlanet just now and it seems like everyone is struggling with the seasonal events.
I beat every event on my first go, apart from the Challenger one because I had to leave the race to change the gearing.
Everyone on GTPlanet are fiddling around, fine tuning the car.
All I did was max BHP and min kg.
All other tuning parts and aero.
I even did the GTR one first.
I found the rewards awesome. I got so much from only 10 minutes of work.
How hard could it be?

I found the Mustang one to be extremely difficult. What upgrades did you do to it?

they are hard, its annoying because i cant seem to do the nascar one and want the 1 million credits!!!...help!... i was 25bhp under the max horsepower for the nascar one and only thing i could do was a oil change on my nascar and now its above the max bhp, soo annoying, plus i thought i'd rinse it with some grinding but for some odd reason the bhp has increased?! WTF?!

Yeah...Cars have their prime BHP max...where you drive it enough where everything is then running at its finest...a Nascar primes at 894 BHP (or at least mine did) then after 35-70 miles driven afterwards it starts to decrease

I've settled for second on most of them... I don't want to retry the race 3 and 4 times to get first when the prize is just not worth the effort.

Show off... :P

For a ordinary player, they are great events thathelp ourdriving and tuning skills tremendously, since in A-spec people just tune their car for a 1 man race 90% of the time.

That's pretty much my attitude as well. Have fun with it, then move on to something else.

I'm only level 11 at the moment (A-Spec) so I'm guessing I'm too much of a noob right now :p

Yup, silvered most of em, still made a ton of cash and cars. I hope they keep doing the seasonal events and changing them out. I found the time trial and drift ones to just be a waste of time since there are no credits and xp involved.

Just done a couple of them, it was worthy. Silver both of the ones that gave the most XP in the 1st batch. (The one that used Skylines, and the other with the Dodge Charger)
