For whatever reason, now everytime I enter a vehicle it goes into a first person perspective where I can only see the hood of the car, and it's really irritating me. I've tried just about everything I can think of to get it back to the normal camera while driving, but nothing works. I the game used without a manual, so I can't just look in the manual and I can't find anything about it Googling. -_-'' Suggestions?

-- Yes I know there's a GTA forum, no I'm not asking there. Answers take ages there, and asking the question about it on here isn't at all off topic considering it is indeed for the PS3. So, no need for anyone to jump in and point out this is in the "wrong" place. =P

Naturally, that's one of the first things I did when I "tried just about everything I can think of. " =O It didnt do a thing.

You could also press start and go to 'controls' lol... Just get into a car, then press select until you get to a distance that you like.

Doesn't work. x.x Pressing select doesn't do anything. Unless my controllers broken, which I don't see how it could be...

You can switch the button layout right? So once you get into a car, switch it up, press and switch it back if it's the button itself. Other than that, I don't have an answer for you.

Try setting the controls to classic and doing it from there.
