GTA IV next gen graphs?

Do you think GTA IV has next gen graphs? am i the only one who thinks its graphics arent that awesome? what do you guys think? Nice graphs or not i have been waiting for this game for years!

Yes their not the best but i mean the game is massive from what Ive heard almost 9 gigs or more. Im just hoping the storyline is as good/if not better than vice city and san andreas. I mean what hooks me up on GTA is the 40+ hours a game time and awesome replayability.( the most replayed game i have next to ffVII and VI).

For one thing I don't think I ever noticed graphics whilst playing GTA games, because they are so fun anyway..

For another, the game actually does have really nice graphics if you look hard, good detail, just because it doesn't look like Killzone 2 it doesn't mean it looks bad..

Thats a really good assessment. I still think Hitman Blood Money has real good graphics. And for a game of the scale of gta iv, thats a good accomplishment. And remember, the GTA games havent usually had the best graphics around, but IV looks to have pretty good graphics nonetheless.

No you fail for using 'FAIL' over a dozen times on the board today. Are you going to honestly tell me you'd buy the PS3 for $600 if it had absolutely the same graphics as PS2? Probably not. You did buy it because it was enhanced over your PS2 and for the enhanced gaming experience. The PS3 isn't like the Wii, it didn't change anything really besides better graphics.

I'm not a graphics whore, but I do expect better graphics with todays hardware. And if it can't do better graphics, I want extremely better gameplay and physics. And I own a Wii, so don't even tell me I'm a graphics whore.

And like I said, I bought the PS3 for the sequels of my favorite series. Believe me when I say that, because if those sequels were PS2 exclusives, I would've sticked to my old PS2 as long as the series didn't move to the PS3.
