GTA IV zombie mode

here is my idea:

i want to create a zombie map where some are zombies and cannot use weapons and some are survivors if you are interrested the add me. My PSN is clance1 and then write zombie mode in the message with your invite. Then someday we cut arrange a zombie map where people dont just **** around and break the rules.

Wait.. you can create game modes in GTA IV? I'm confused.. how come i never heard about this before?
