Doesn't surprise me at all. These are the same as the 360 achievements, so it's just a cut and paste job to get that code into the PS3 version, essentially.
Given that R* promised Home compatibility with it a while back, it should also not come as a surprise to anyone that was even passively following this game.
The only thing that sucks for me is that it'll make me feel compelled to beat the game 100% again. The pigeons and stunt jumps were, to say the least, a chore... with very little in the way of a reward I might add. But "not very rewarding" is sort of a recurring theme in that game.
