my mom wont let me get if they have sexual themes in it ever since the "hot coffee" incident is there any stuff like that i know about prostitution but is there like any missions showing sexual things in it

Nope. Theres is nothing like the hidden "hot coffee" explicits in IV.

Its about the same as III, however with better graphics.

Now ask your mother to get the game for ya, after all its just an entertainment work of fiction )
