Capcom was paid by MS for exclusivity on Lost Planet and Dead Rising. Sequels will probably go multiplat though.
This is seems follows MS philosophy, paying for exclusives. Sony's philosophy is not to pay. Last generation it worked for Sony, right now it doesn't look so good. Not only are we talking about the games above but things like exclusive content for Grand Theft Auto as well as rumor of Multiplat for MGS4.......maybe they should rethink their policy. Either way MS seems to believe that paying the companies off is the way to win so we'll see who is right at the end of the day.
