Halloween Games List?

Are you playing any games to celebrate Halloween? What do you usually play?

I usually do play old games like the PS1/2 era SH titles or Alan Wake. Thankfully this year we have new titles to enjoy this month that are scary or suspenseful. A few games that either do or I assume will fit the bill.

Dishonored (supernatural atmosphere)

Doom 3 BFG

Any others coming out? Is Silent coming out on PS Vita?

Just finished Episode 1 and 2 of The Walking Dead and just started Resident Evi 4 HD. Might replay RE5 or Bioshock eventually.

I don't understand why Valve won't bring L4D out on PS3. The PS3 is more open and they could do what they want with the addons. Oh well, maybe someday.

I was thinking Limbo might be a good creepy but quick play this Halloween.

Just finished up The Walking Dead first two episodes. Might start Dead Space 2. But I'm afraid.

There seems to be a lot of the Walking Dead love in here :) . I was waiting for all the episodes to come out to play it but it looks like episode 5 won't be out by Halloween if 4 is just getting ready to comeout. I'm thinking I should go ahead and play it.

Yakuza Dead Souls is a fun little B movie type game that is flawed but still fun. Just thought I'd mentin that game.

Thanks for posting a review! I went to see if I could find the game for cheap yesterday..... it's still over 40 dollars used every where I went. Maybe there is more demand for it then you'd think? It must be a decent game at least.

Agreed. They really should. Just release both games on PSN for $20 each (considering the games are already 3-4 years old, I doubt they would release them on disc). They would rake in enough profits in the first 24 hours to more than cover any production costs but like someone else said, it's Valve.

I still think they should especially after Valve's whole "Steamworks now on PS3" program they started pushing with the announcement of Portal 2.

Anyway, the only Halloween game I'm looking forward to this October is The Walking Dead Episode 4. As soon as I leave work, I'm downloading it. :D

Yea there needs to be more Valve on PS3. I thought Portal 2 was just going to be the start but it seems like it was the finish as well :( .

Dead Nation is excellent. Think twin stick arcade shooter but with many added layers of depth. It's really a sharply made experience. I don't know if you can find a lot of people to still play it with though, online. I'll play it with you if you pick it up but I've set in lobbies a long time and never got a match. It still keeps track of each nations (real countries) score and percentage of zombies killed. It's a good game, I just played some today.

i think im going to just turn off the lights put on the dentist and call it a day or perhaps aracnaphobia or play /resident evil wii edition , no game really gets me scared , - sure i had my moments with condemned 1 but ,hmm also goldeneye was a tad scary in the surface 2 level , to hell with that put on some final destination 5 and keep rewinding the 2nd death scene-the one where the girl steps on the tack and laugh my off all night

Thought of playing some Silent Hill, probably will play that next.

I don't know if I'll be playing any games, but I'm getting Assassin's Creed 3, Zone of the Enders collection, and Zero Escape the day before. I might even get the new super slim AC3 bundle to replace my 60gb phat PS3.

I'll probably be playing through all of the Walking Dead Episodes again, Throw in Some Dead Island and Black Ops Zombies....and you have a Zombie Fiesta in this Halloween Gaming Month. hahaha. I'm sure i'll get some Resident Evil 6 in there as well. But for sure the first 3.

The only game i know thats out this month is Assassins Creed 3, i hear Doom 3 is out, but i don't know when :/Mickeyminime

Doom 3: BFG Edition is out on the 16th.

I have never played a Fatal Frame game, I must be missing out haha.
