Why? I myself would only have one because your only spending more money which no one like doing. Would depend on the consoles. If I already had a PS3 and wanted a 360, i wouldn't get it and vice versa.
I have all 3 as well and am a little sorry I bought both the PS3 and Wii last fall. Not that I hate either system, just that I have little spare time right now (work is crazy) and I have tons of unplayed PS2/XBOX/GameCube games.

expensive yes, I own all 3. Is it worth is? I think so, all 3 bring a great deal of entertainment to me and my family. Try an online rental company like gamefly to save you money on games. I only buy the must haves.
