Well i just got into making a PSP theme and i made just the required feilds and some of the Icons on the XMB were not there, didnt save right, or upload right?? i dont know how to do this very well and would like some major help on this. I have the program to make the images an 8-Bit index and the application from Sony to make the themes. I want to know how to make the icons flash like how the default PSP one does and give them good detail.
