I like the idea, infact just the other day I was saying it should be delayed. It just seems unfinished, and releasing it during the current flood of big FPS titles would be ludicrous. I just hope the delay is worth it.
good the game looked bad compared to other ps3 games any way that might be a little bias for me to say that but i cant stand ubi soft to me there just a euro version of ea
I don't really care because there is enough good games coming out this year so if it is delyed then it means I would be able to buy it and it is probablly to fix some problems with the game .
Where did u hear this because there is a surprise release 2 bestbuy on the 22nd in canada :D which is where im getting mine with Mantel T-shirt check bestbuy.ca and click on ps3 under movies and games then the first thing ull see is the HAZE special :D
It sucks for those who were eagerly anticipating it. I wasn't one of those, but I was interested in it. Oh well, I guess I'll have to catch up on the bunch of games I have sitting in my room waiting to be played. Currently playing Jericho, then Ratchet and Clank, Call of Duty 4, Uncharted, Manhunt 2, Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, and Eternal Sonata.
Honestly, does it really make a huge difference? I dont think this game is going to be something like a breakthrough..Jus another fps. Jus another title delayed on ps3.
As long as the game comes out as good as it can then I'm fine with it, though I was looking forward to it for my shooter fix this holiday, especially the online co-op.
I'm pretty upset, I really wanted to check this game out. I got a feeling that this game is done or going on schedule, it is just that Ubisoft is doing very well with AC so they don't need the profits right now. Just think about it: What games does Ubisoft have coming out after the holidays? Now they have Haze to make them $$$ in their Q1. Anyone else agree with me or do you think I'm crazy?
It just makes it unlikely that I will get HAZE, it will now have to contend with KILLZONE 2, and that wint be good for HAZE unless it is really kick ass, or killzone disapoints.
Its ok I have COD4, Assassins Creed, and Uncharted to keep me busy for long enough. I probably would have enough time to play it if it came out now.cigar350
Exactly, I think that it is better to come later on, espcially like the person somewhere up top said, there are a whole lot of FPS comming out now, and also not to mention everyone is broke from buying so many games :D
Unless Sony finally starts up the Greatest Hits for PS3, then I doubt I'll get it as I've already got KZ2 for FPS, and possibly Resistance 2 if Insomniac can manage to push it out.
I think that it's a great idea. That should give them more time to work out the kinks and possibly add some more content and features. It's definitely a smart investment in my book....rushed releases = bad/mediocre games. Haze can only get better at this point.
Great news for me in a way now I can just buy Uncharted or COD4 and hope that Ut3 comes out this year if not I have my money saved up for the games of next-year MGS4, LBP, UT3, KZ2, Infamous etc...
I'm cool cause I've got uncharted and assassins to tied me over, plus orange box comes out next month, ive got to go back and finish rainbow six, haven't played ghost recon 2, timeshift interest me a little, mass effect is out and i can play that next month, I'm still playing lost planet, jericho and area 51 blacksite interest me a little so its all good8)
I was gonna switch it with another preorder, but I knew it was going to get delayed so I chose uncharted instead. And look what happened, haha, it got delayed. Oh well, I guess there's only assassin's creed, cod4, uncharted, gh3, smg to play :D

The only problem with that is UbiSoft isn'y making Haze they are publishing it. Free Radical is making the game.
