HAZE exclusive??? new ps3 controller in the video

Ok there is a video on IGN about HAZE and I am wondering why some of the controllers are being blurred out. Does this mean that that is a different brand of controller or does this mean that is the new controller model sony will unveil at e3. why would they blur out just a controller? I wonder if with that new rumble they might put in might come a slight redesign of the contorller. what do you think?

(edit) watch the end of the clip and youll see they have important announcement at E3 and the only logos shown are ps3 logos.no 360 logo...could the announcement be they decided to make it stay ps3 exclusive?

in the beginning you wont see a blured controller..but once the guy walks around the office youll see people using them...one guy was at his desk using a controller that was blurred...another guy was driving the vehicle and it showed blurred...its not at beginning

well actually they show an xbox 360 controller in which i spotted at the 7:00 minute mark laying on the ground...why would they blur one and not the other?

The blackness blur part does loook a lil bigger than the PS3 controller. And if they would have done white then it would give it away

Well i gotta admit i didnt really watch the video, i just skimmed through it wanting to see the blurred controller.I didnt catch it on video but i saw it on the pictures posted.So i didnt hear what he said, but either way he could be lieing.just a thought

Im glad im not the only one who spotted that. I saw it and didn't think too much of it. I honestly think that it's a new controller, that Sony is just not ready to release to the public yet. Maybe after E3

This was originally announced as multiplat so an announcment that it's going to the 360....isn't much of an announcement at all. It would be more of a confirmation.

The fact that it only has the PS3 logo at the end of the video, and the fact that the video makes it seem as if they haven't started working on any other version of the game at all (confirmed by Joystiq almost 2 months ago) leads me to believe that it has finally gone fully exclusive.

I'm sure most of the major dev studios have prototypes already. I'm thinking the MGS demos that are going to be at the MGS 20th anniversary party on the 20th will have the rumble controllers as well.

If you watch the video, you can see a dualshock-ish shape in the blur. It's definately not the shape of a 360 controller, I'll tell you that, and it seems very similar to the Sixaxis/dualshock shape.

No look at his thumb placement on the controller, if it was a Xbox his left thump wouldnt be on a equal axis as his right, it would be more uppper. He also holds it like a PS controller.

You know, I am wondering if they blurred it out because maybe it *is* the new controller, and it looks somehow different. Also, maybe the devs have them because they are coding in the rumble feature? Haze, with rumble, and SIXAXIS controls? omg yes please?

That could be it.. They are develping Haze to have rumble and tilt controls! rad!

Yeah I was thinking this too. But I think they meant it as like... it would sell more than Halo 3 and compete with it like... gamplay wise. They didn't mean like PS3 vs 360.

EDIT: But then again, one of the things said that this was just what the PS3 needed. And like someone before me said, they talked about a big announcement, so I bet if you add those 2 together, you get exclusivity?
