HELP!!! I'm stuck in GoW II and I need YOU to help me.

In all my elation after seeing GoW III I forgot to ask how to get passed this part in GoWII, i can't remember; I just beat the dude that can turn invisable.. im trying to stop the lazer eyes of the giant head statue from making an inpenatrable wall.. i put a statue in the square indentation on the raisable floor, but when i raise it, the statue doesnt stop the beam.. i tried taking the statue out but I cant... i tried climing the ladder on the wall and standing on the black spot to reflect the other beam back because i thought i remembered doing that b4... but it doesnt work... i cant stop either beam :( help me!

Raise the statue run up to the ladder that you have a block next to and the when you get up to the top block the other eye with the golden fleece.

ya but i said the statue wasnt blocking the beam.. i just passed it though, thanks anyways. i had to put a shield on the statue... i dont even remember getting that lol

i got stuck there too for like 5mins.

I had a little trouble at first with this part as well. Once you get the shield on the statue then you just have to make it up in time to use the golden fleece on the other beam.
