help my ps3 plz!

whenever i turn on my controller (after the ps3 is turned on) it just keeps blinking over and over again until i plug in the charger for it (even when it has full batteries) does any1 no how 2 fix it?

o and when i get a new gme for ps2 and try 2 play it on my ps3 i cant for sum reason i hav 2 play it on my ps2 first then save it 2 mi memory card and use the ps2 memory card adaptor to upload the memory into my ps3 then i can play it. any1 no a short cut?

For the first one how long do you wait to charge it? Do you charge automatically or wait a minute or two. For me it blinks like that for a little bit then works.

Cant answer the 2nd since i have a 40gig which cant play PS2

ummm i press the ps button on it then the player indicator buttons just keep on blinking over and over again then for a while it juss turns off. so basically if i wnna turn my ps3 controllers on, i hav 2 plug the charger into the controller while its blinking then wait for lik 10 secs.
