HELP!!! with adding money to my wallet

im trying to add money to my wallet and for some odd reason it is rejecting my credit card what the heck is going on.i have a capital one mastercard im putting everything exactly the same and it is saying im putting it wrong.i also look at my capital one credit card account and i lost about 5 bucks not even know im getting charged why am i being charged if im putting everything right.Any one have this problem
