the funny thing is, ppl complain about the ads from Sony in home (including GS in on the spot)
guess what? watching a banner online much better than a video shoved down my throat before i look up a preview online... so i dont see how or why in hell would they complain about that

I cant imagine not using GameSpot, mainly for one reason.
If you rely soley on Playstation HOME, then the only reviews you'll ever see are ones that Sony allows to be shown. Here on GS, we get unbiased reviews, showing us all the facts be they good or bad. I think their REAL job here, is turning off that part of them, that wants to love one system, and bash another (like a lot of US do). Maybe they do on the inside, but I think they are really fair and professional here.

Firstly, Sony would not be reviewing it's games. We the PS3 users, world wide, would be reviewing our games for ourselves (user review booths). Secondly, it doesn't magically stop you from checking out what other gaming sites like IGN and gametrailers are doing. Thirdly, if you really think GS is unbiased... then.. wow. But of course you prefer other gaming systems to the PS3 so this post isn't really for guys like you.
Whoah... ok, I'll bite. Also allow me to write in bolded blue text and number my various "points" in an a-holish manner to convey my opinion. :D
Firstly, woops! Hey I didnt realize they were user review booths. Thats pretty cool! Though I never said "reviewed by Sony" only hinted that they wouldnt show the more negative reviews.. but nonetheless I'll pretend you didnt jump my rear over it. SECONDLY, huh? My response was aimed towards this thread title "HOME: Making GS Obsolete to PS3 uers" well that incenuates not using anything but HOME doesnt it? ;) THIIIRD! Yeah man.. GS is unbiased. They have their own personal bias obviously, but they do review the games fairly. People just get upset when they give a bad review to something others liked, thats just how it goes though. Give the PS3 a good year and I promise you they will change their tune over the system. It just hasnt had the time to mature yet.

PlayStation gamers are the last ones to run from criticism. If a game sucks then it just sucks and we just want to game - period!. PS gamers are a particular kind of people. We generally enjoy a vest array of genres and we just call it as it is. We are also very used to a huge amount of great games (popular and not so popular) and so can spot a stinker a mile away but we understand not everyone likes all types of genres.
I for one will rely more on PS3 user reviews on the PSH than any other forums reviews in the future cause that's the purest form of reviews possible, reviews from people that share similar tastes in gaming and not mard by outside influences. I never said HOME would replace GS I said it could for PS3 users. You're very well known for your constant trolling on this board so hard to take your opinion seriously in any regard. :D
trolling? since when? why? i'm quite sure I never have. I'm just not as myopic as some of you who are overly sensitive to criticism, and I won't whine about some of the stuff you kids whine about.
haha, PS3 fans have been leaving GS in flocks already. I mean, just read their reviews and articles. This place is not for the PS3 fans, that's for sure. no reason for us to stay here, 'cept for the forums. With Home, there would REALLY be no reason to come here anymore LOL.
