Why do I get the feeling they seem to have trouble with this project and might end up cancelling it.

Well I don't see what the big deal is with HOME I have no interest in it, but you have to agree getting delayed each time is annoying and people will lose interest in it and say forget about this lets move on.

That is why you should be 100% sure that everything is running smoothly and then announce.

Well from my stand point sony needs to quit annoucing crap like 2 years ahead of time if not 3yrs (killzone2). Geez I remember when you would read an article and then about 4 to 6 months later the game came out. This crap of delaying everything under the sun is really starting to annoy me and I definitly love my system but Sony is trying to screw the pooch every chance they get.

I'm really getting fed up with it all. Oh and now theres talk of movie and music downloads for psn. LOL I guess I can get excited for that to be available in what 2 to 3 years HMMM. Haven't ever gave the 360 much thought but it has been crossing my mind as of late. I tell everyone that the ps3 is the best option and then I have to explain everything that doesn't come to the ps3. Such as cod4 maps, movie downloads, in game music, friend invites and more. I know they'll get it together but it is truly wearing thin on me.

stop sucking up to Sony and covering up for them. They screwed up and no one needs you to tell us that we are wrong for being pissed that Home is delayed again.

edit: and to your #1 - we are complaining because we AREN'T getting anything for free, they are just teasing us.

Although I agree with what you said, #3 is kind of not true. Where do you think the funds are for the HOME project is coming from---CONSUMERS. So, yea we're paying for it, we're just not seeing where every piece of our dollar goes to, but rest assured, part of it is going to HOME. :)

Anyhoo, I personally don't care about HOME--I'd rather see SONY focus more on their online services---i.e having a music/movie download, and more PSN games, and add ons---HOME is nice, but it's low on my totem pole of lists I want on my PS3. :)

Not a big deal for me, HOME is just a bonus. I have PS3 for games and movies.

My feeling is the same. I bought a PS3 at a time when I didn't know there was such a thing as Home. As long as this development of Home doesn't sacrifice the games (which is why I bought a PS3 for), then who cares?

Besides...what software isn't delayed?? :)

Well this is not surprising at all. Many of the beta testers like myself knew this was going to happen. HOME was never ready for public release and still isnt. The few that are pissed should be glad you did not get HOME yet, because you would be those few that would be moaning and groaning because HOME is broken.

That's the most idiotic logic I've ever heard. If that were the case then games would be announced like 3 days before release when they finally finish bug testing and go gold. There'd be no advertising period and sales would absolutely plummet.

To everyone else complaining about Home being delayed again, yes you have the right to complain, but I doubt Home is going to change how you play games in that drastic of a matter that people should care this much. Most good online games already have invitation or party systems for getting into games with friends, and I doubt Home will bring in-game xmb along with it since they seem to be two completely different things.

i'm starting to get tired of sony fanboys justifying everything sony does, but they are first to blast the 360 when something is wrong. i have both systems so don't start the ms fanboy talk. i actually like my ps3 better, but this stuff is really starting to get annoying. they've been making lots of promises and not living up to them. forget about home, where's our in-game xmb? i think their last response, was they promised it would be out sometime this year. which i'm thinking now is complete bs. wasn't home supposed to roll out this year sometime too, and now this? they really need to get their **** straight.

I am starting to get tired of people that just throw "fanboy" around because they cannot argue. I am not excited about Home, but it's even more unreasonable for people to complain about the delay.

edit: hmm guess I am being a bit sharp on the word. Anyways, read my post again, if you think that's being fanboy because I defended sony that's fine, but there's difference between getting tired of hearing about people whining about Home getting delayed and thinking everything Sony does is right. People are upset with HOME because that was supposed to be our answer to XBL. I was totally stoked for HOME last year when it was announced but now that it keeps getting delayed and pushed back, I could give a rats*ss about it. We do have some great games coming through but still; it's just another broken promise and I know personally I dont like being lied to or let down.
