How come everyone LOVES the HELLGHAST instead of the I.S.A "heroes" in

Go figure?

The main characters in Killzone are Bland, they show no character development throughout the story of any of the games and their speeches are dull, uninspired etc...

You see the fans of the Killzone games with Hellghast Key chains, the Hellghan helmet /mask, the Hellghast action figures, wallpapers, theme, avatars on the forums. Everything.

I'd dare to say that the biggest request from fans of the game ever since Killzone 2 has been a Killzone campaign played from the perspective of the Hellghast, at least partially, instead of a full ISA campaign with Sev, Rico and... well, the rest.

Sort of agree. I mean story wise it would be cool, but I want to be shooting the Helghast. I love them as enemies lol.

Amazing artwork and character designs for the Helghast is what attracts me the most. Though even their background story is pretty damn cool. Not to mention that Visari is one good speaker haha.

The Helghast are overrated. Just space nazis that actually happen to fighting for a just cause.

As most people said, the ISA soldiers aren't very interesting (bland is the word) and they do not seem like the "good guys" at all. The Helghast are actually fighting for something.

ISA are way too boring and generic.

The Helghast are the good guys.. They ISA are attacking Helghan. Wouldnt we defend Earth if someone started attacking it? Besides the Helghast are far better charaters.cooldust

Well , the Helghast have people whom would willingly kill their own to kill MORE of their enemies , have a really awesome suit and have a more realistic personality in warfare.

Whilst the ISA are full of self-righteous heroes whom swears in just about every line , lacks a concrete personality , annoyingly bland even in scenarios which are supposed to be emotional ( I feel nothing when some of the ISA characters die. Not even a tingle. ) and heck , I'd rather choose some underhanded villains than some stereotypical heroes you see EVERYWHERE.

I would love a helghast campaign. To me the main characters are lame (sev is a decent character, just not good enough for THE main character). I hope they kill off rico soon. The best character in the whole series is non existant anymore aka Hakha.

Well, I wouldn't say good guys(look at what they do to their pows)....I see them more as victims just defending themselves. They just happen to have a few Wackos in key leadership positions. And I have to admit that every since KZ1 , I prefer some Hellghast weapons over the ISA.
