I bought my Ps3 from BestBuy's website and I don't have a BestBuy in sight. Some I'm wondering is there something like 90 days after the purchase of the Ps3 I can't buy the extended warranty? Or can I buy the warranty whenever I want from BestBuy? Thanks.

^ That made me sad,. Guess I'll have to live without an extended warranty.

Sony gives you a 1 year warranty and even after that they are very good with customer service, i wouldnt be worried at all not having warranty, if you have a problem you call Sony and theyll fix it, my friends PS2 just died, it was one from launch, he wanted to trade it in for PS3 to help take off some money and he called Sony up just said yah it probably died cause its old is there any chance i can get it replaced and he got it replaced and they said if he ever has a problem with any of their systems just call and theyll replace it free or charge...worse case scenario is you have to ship it to them and then they fix it, not bad if you ask me

on best buy site i am sure there was a way to add extra waranty befoe you checked out most big name store sites allow that but i doubt you will ever need it buy a game instead, one year from sony and so far a less than 1% failure rate thats rediculous your more likely to die in a car accident than have your ps3 break on you at tha rate

SONY has been doing hardware business for a while, so they know how to deal with customer support. And they know where they're going.
