Well I wanna get a FLV file onto my PSP, but I can't find anything to convert it, does PSP video 9 do that? Or any other free programs or one with a free trial (besides replay converter)

I use 3gp Converter to convert my FLVs, and it works perfectly. I recommend it.

PSPVideo9 does convert them fine. They aren't supported in the pulldown list of file types, but it works fine... Encode away.
