how do you connect ps3 to a pc monitor

I just wondering if this is even possible and also how do you get sound too

Stupid and pointless...

1. Make sure the monitor is HDCP compliant, if it isn't, wont work.

2. If it has HDMI, use it, or buy a DVI/HDMI converter.
