How do you work gamesaves?

I think i read or heard somewhere its possible to just download other peoples gamesaves...this true?

I traded in my 360 for a ps3 but now I miss GTA...but no way in hell am i playing it all over again...can I just get a gamesave and load it up?

I already found the file...but how do I use it? What do I do with it?

Im not buying back GTA if i have to play it over again...
