Like the title say's, how good is the headset that comes with the Warhawk retail package? Does it at least equal the 360's headset...or hopefully exceed it?

It works pretty well especially for a wireless/bluetooth headset, it has good sound quality, for the most part I can clearly hear the voices and everything. Overall I'd say if you don't already own one, then yes you should go for it, it's a good headset for not a lot extra. I'd say it at least compares to the 360 headset.

Kind of an odd question, I'm sure, but is it a standard blutooth headset? (eg: will it also work with my blutooth enabled cell?)

Yes it will. Thats why I bought the retail version. It works with my cell phone very well, plus it's USB so it saves cost on buying batteries for it.
