How is Batman (Demo)?

Repetitive, lame/overpowered combat system, horrible voice acting lip syncing, weak storyline, bad music, Investigative Mode is too overpowered and leaves any puzzles pretty much completed for you, glitchy camera, etc.

I would rate the demo 3.5/10

Wow, that's a little harsh "BUT" this is an open forum so everybody can argee to disagree!!! Even though I respect your opinion, I still have to responed to your comments.

1. Repetitive....?it's a video game dude, that's just the nature of the platform

2.Combat system,lame over powered...?He's Batman,he's highly trained in the Marital Arts, super fitt and has state of the art hi-tech gadgets...Dern right he's over powererd....don't see what's so lame about that

3. Bad voice acting and storyline...??? It's not the best, but I've seen far worse!!! lol

4. I kinda agree about the detective mode making things easy but remember your playing through the eyes of Batman, he's prepaired for stuff like this

5. Bad camera..??? Worked ok for me.

Very polished, loved the little things, like his foot when you opened a grate, while the demo was basically an easy tutorial it's up to you wether you use the detective mode and how much. Really loved the voice acting and graphics, inverted takedown was cool, im sold.. preordered the collectors edition

Demo was cool. So detailed and graphically beautiful game definitely owns all other games out. But they could add a little bit gore into fighting... just a little bit.

I found it mediocre but I'll probably pick it up when it comes to PC.

I loved it! Im not even a comic book fan but I really enjoyed playing the game. I even felt like Batman :D they captured him perfectly in the game; his movement, attacks etc. Im defniitely considering buying the game.

Ya know I really wanted to Fight That BIG UGLY THING that the Joker releases at the end of the demo, seriously i really thought i get to fight it Theennnn the demo ends but nooooo they have to tease me with that cutscene and BAm ended....

Loved the demo. I liked everything about the game play. My brother thought that he combat was too easy but my response would be try fighting the gun thugs with just combat instead of stealth. Also i enjoyed the small details like mr. zsaz body still breathing after he was knocked out. Also it had recorded taped sessions from the joker while a doctor was trying to rehabilitate him. This is easily a first day purchase for me. It was easy after a few play throughs but I love the concept and execution so far. If there is a sequel i hope they put robin in for multiplayer co-op and nerf his fighting skills. If you don't have the demo dl it now. The only thing i wish they would have done differently was get the voice of commisioner gordon from the cartoon as well as make the joker look a little more like his smooth cartoon version with the zoot suit look.

I played the demo last night and I can not wait for the game to come out!

I thought it was good. It didn't surpass my expectations, but it's just a demo not the the full retail version. Still definitely getting it

The guns are the only thing that could cause a threat, but they allow you to easily sneak past them and one hit kill them.. The melee enemies are just simple, even when they attack all you have to do is counter them.. I find that overpowered.

I wish I could play it, but my PS3 isn't working :cry:

I love the demo. It was fun and had a lot of atmosphere. it actualy felt like i was playing a game made FOR Batman and not just some game that happend to have batman in it. if the whole game is like the demo then I'll buy it day one.
