I bought Pirates of the Caribbean 1+2, and Underworld 1+2. i bought them off eBay and i'm still waiting for them to come in. I got them for like 15 bucks USD brand new and still sealed. what a steal. In Canada they're about 35 bucks a movie. damn rip off if you ask me. i'll probably buy 300 and Pirates of the Caribbean 3 after xmas.
Over the last week i have bought 3! A Clockwork Orange, 2001: a Space Odyssey and the Blade Runner 5 disc collectors eddtion! 2001 and blade runner are still in the mail. but boy does Clockwork Orange look amazing! great flick!jackle2071
If I remember correctly I am somwhere in between 40-50. I stopped counting when I got like 30 Blu ray movies. I love movies.
first i want to say must be nice for you people getting 5 free blu-rays from sony. ive got the simpsons movie, Iknow who killed me, Saw 1,2,and 3, Superman returns, Devils Rejects, Mission Impossible 1, 2, and 3, Superbad, the Descent, Spiderman 3, Hostel1, and 2, the Departed, Apocaplto, Basic Instinct 2, Underworld 2, Click and I got Talladaga nights free. will be buying more when a movie really intrests me, or want it in high def.
Well this is just great! i'm all hyped to Watch Blade Runner on Blu-Ray and Aamzon sure is taking it's sweet time sending it! i guess i wont get it for X-mas =(
I've got 6 Blu-Rays. I was going to buy more, but Futureshop was stupid and was taking FOREVER to ship them so I cancelled the order and didnt pay anything. Oh well, I still plan to buy only Blu-Rays from now on... All we need is the Matrix trilogy!!!

I dunno, I have all of the Star Wars Movies on DVD and they all upconvert REALLY well on the PS3. I bet they would look better on Blu-Ray, but I'm content with them the way they are. The Matrix Trilogy on the other hand was filmed much more recently than the Star Wars Movies so I bet the picture and sound quality on them could be AMAZING

i got my ps2 on launch and havent bought a blu ray movie to this date. it just seems like a rip off, they r rediculously priced. but just a few days ago i got 5 free blu rays when i mailed in my ps3 receipt and upc. i really want to get the spiderman trilogy but maybe in a few yrs when blu ray prices are lower. justifythegame

I bought PS3 at launch, but I heard of some people who still sent int their UPC's and receipts and still got the 5 movies. At worse they'll just reject you right? Its not like I need the UPC, all the matters is the serial number on the back of the PS3 right?
It's been hard enough for me to justify buying DVD's so it's still difficult to justify buying blu-ray movies. The other day I almost bought the X-Men movies though, but if I had they would have been replacing the regular DVD's I already have for them. I only have about a dozen regular DVD's so it's nice that I am not replacing an entire collection like some people will end up doing.
1 so far. Live Free Or Die Hard. I wanted to get Terminator 2 that I saw, but I can't find it now. Other than that, there is nothing I really care about on Blu Ray right now. Aside from possibley the older Die Hard movies I saw when I bought the newest one.
