How many people have Ninja Gaiden Sigma.....

i want to buy this game but is this game one of the top ps3 games... how many got this game and really like it....

I liked it but after I beat it I kind of stopped playing it and am thinking of trading it in(but alas they will probably give me $20 bucks for it). I mean I had enough problems with the bosses on normal and then I play hard and all of the sudden they have reinforcments. So unless you can realize you need to stop before you break a controller or throw the controller into the T.V. breaking both(never done that)then get this game if you like one hell of a challenge.

i want it sooo badly....the demo is awesome...and the only ps3 games i have is resistance and tekken 5: DR.....but im afraid im not gonna have money cause ill be getting bioshock and two worlds next week outbreak201

i was gonna buy it but found out my friend had it so i borrowed from him and saved myself some dough.

the game is amazing imo and the game wasnt as hard as some people have indicated. maybe im just talented lol

No but I have the original and NG: Black for the xbox. Its one of the best action/adventure around and if you are familiar with this kind of game it shouldn't be as hard as some people complaint.

wow! you've got one of the best game in PS3 im on the last stage already final boss hehehe.. i really enjoy though it's very tough to have this end dude.. one of the hardest game i ever play hehehehe...

If you haven't played the original Xbox version, then it's a game you should really think about checking out. Easily one of the best games for the PS3 right now.

If you have played the original Xbox version, then spend your money elsewhere because it's just more of the same.

if you like Action games like God of War and Devil May Cry or Shinobi, this game is a must.

I've got the game and IMO that game is ****.

I mean the music is horrible, voice-acting (both English and Japanese) is bad, Ryu is a bad excuse for a ninja, I mean even Yuffie is more of a ninja than Ryu. The story is well kinda... what story? I mean it was BAD. Also playing with Rachel was a nuisance. The gameplay was lacking and the camera was horrible. Water in the game looked like something out of a 8-bit game. Oh god it was horrible, though mostly the game looked pretty good. Almost forgot, the game is not actually as hard as people say, I mean it's even easier than GoWs. DMCs are a lot more challenging than NGS, and DMCs aren't even all that hard but in NGS still on hard u really have to try if u want to die. The game gives u WAY too healing and money orbs. That really killed the fun because knowing u can't die is kinda boring. I was really disappointed in the game, I mean the last time I was this disappointed in a game was when I bought Super Mario Sunshine for NGC, oh god was that game awful.

U are better off buying DMCs 1 and 3 and/or GoWs. Much better.

Edit. If u happen to like ninjas, this is not a game for u. I mean ninjas in this game are not cool. Play Shinobi or Tenchu instead, or even TMNT.

I have it and it is awesome, one great thing about it is that it's soooooooo diffecult (I remember those DMC & Onimusha days) and there are many side quests and one crazy diffeculty (Master Ninja). It'll take you at least a month to completely beat this game (that is if you are a genius). Recommanded for anyone who wants a real challenge.

One more thing, you CAN'T compare this game to Shinobi or TMNT, it is way better, Tenchu is built as a sneaking game and it lacks speed although it is pretty good. NGS depends on high speed combat you just can't sit at the back and look at your enemy because by that time you'll be dead(I sure admit that the water surfaces were 8-bit lol but that DOESN'T make it bad!!) and again as everyone said, try the demo...

Anyway, NGS isn't a bad game by any means. And the game is difficult and it will frustrate many gamers (as well as the camera). But it isn't that difficult to advance. GOW wasn't even hard yet this poster said NGS was easier? I welcome a challenging game like NGS. NGS is a very good action game with tons of moves at your disposal from the beginning of the game. The graphics are very good. The only thing I don't like is that since it's a ninja game, there isn't any stealth. Other than that it's one of the top 5 games for PS3.

You wont find any better Action/Adventure game on the PS3 or on any other console imo. I thought the difficulty was just right, but maybe its because I play action games all the time.

I have it...seriously its all its cracked up to be it's a very fun game; I would have to say as a whole the game is a mix of many shinobi and devil may cry elements (which is not a bad thing).

its also very challenging though so prepare to be frustrated at select parts.

I got. At 1st I wasn't sure whether or not I should get it. But there was basically nothing else for me to play on the ps3 so I got with the console. I agree with the above poster, it's like DMC mixed with an asian ninja setting. Its cool. I loved how you can run on walls...(it's sooo COOL!) and the graphics look gorgeous, even though I'm playing on a pretty small sdtv. I reccomend it to everyone!!!
