4 people total. One person is a dad, one is my brother, another one is a friend who was in my tennis class, and the last is another friend that I live pretty close to and we do some online gaming once in a while. Everyone else I practically know that plays videogames has a 360...and some red rings of death.

about 15 people....i'm pretty sure there are more but i haven't gotten into a convo with em about it. most of my older friends are sony fanboys....the younger ones i know are 360 guys....go figure right?
All of them bar 1, I only have 14, and I don't use my mic because gives me pain at the back of my ears after half an hour so dont get to talk to new people, also because I've only had it 3 weeks today.
I have 4. I keep telling my brother to get one. I think he'll eventually get one, last time I saw him he was asking when GOWIII was coming out and talking about how much fun he had playing RFOM splitscreen
i got about 6 friends, and only 2 ever actually play the PS3. 4 of them are almost never online, and 2 will only play PS2 and weird little niche games.
My brother owns 2, step brother owns 1, my friends = 9 (1 more; Eli and Jose are saving as we speak), and I'm about to buy 1 for my girlfriend and her parents this Christmas. We do it BIG!
I have 3 friends that own one but they either don't play the same types of games as me or they are so bad that I won't play with them because I hate losing

i knew a few girls had ps3s but they weren't friends, just people i knew at the university.
i must say that as i was growing up, gaming has been a rather individualistic hobby... I knew plenty of gamers through out my life, but never really used that as a common ground to build friendships...
i do know a bunch of PC gamers... but none of them talk about specs so i don't mind being in their company :lol:
out of 15 ppl i know that game as much as i do, 10 of them got ps3's, 3 of them got wii's only and the last 2 got xbox's ORIGINAL ones lol not the 360. lol they cant get off halo 1 lol
I should mention i was able to convince my borther to save up for a PS3. i don't think it's anything to do with the exclusives (not the ones i like - like Resistance 2) but i think because his older bro got one.
