How often do your PS3 games freeze up on you?

I was just playing COD 4 online and the game suddenly froze this is the first time a game has froze on me since iv had my PS3 (since July 08) im not that worried it might of been a bad internet conection, because my COD 4 game doesnt have a scratch on it, also i was just wondering is there any main reasons why your PS3 or PS3 games would freeze up on you?muelsok

COD4 (online) froze on me if I sneezed the wrong way. It's because COD4 online is a joke. It's the most unstable sack of crap since Socom 3.

Chances are, it's not your PS3 in this case or the condition of your disk. It's because IW doesn't know how to properly make an online console game.

My PS3 has froze only while using the web browser. Other than that, freezing came with poorly programmed games.

Lately, the only game that freezes up on me is LittleBigPlanet.

Only four times in total, and I had my system from 2008.

i usually only freezes when I use the Internet browser. It rarely freezes when i play a game, but It froze a lot when I was playing Assassins Creed

Happened once but my PS3 had been on all night before that lol oh and if you try to use the internet browser too much the PS3 freezes a lot

It rarely happens when I'm playing games (fortunately) , but it freezes a lot when searching the PS3 internet

Red Alert 3, a couple of times. GTA IV once.

It happened to me 2-3 times last december while as i was playing AC... never again...

So far I think once when I was playing Heavenly Sword

like a few times but not very often

4-5 times in two years or so.

I can't really remember which game but there was one game that froze three times in a row but that was a game problem and not a hardware PS3 problem.

Infamous froze once and LBP froze twice (however i was online both times so that couldbe part of it.)

Probably around 10 times in the 2 years I have had it

3 or 4 times in 2 years.

from R2 when searching for a room in co-op by doing things realy fast the game would freeze.

when i play blazblue online every once in a while when i press the ps button the game will tend to freeze.

Last week one time while playing InFamous..before that:

4-5 times playing Fallout 3, 2 times with Oblivion and once with GTAIV...

mostly on cod4 and WaW online

Only once while playing Uncharted.

a few times while playing games and a bunch of time using the browser

A few times in Uncharted and a couple in Warhawk.

hmmm it seems to happen alot on uncharted to ppl. My new ps3 froze like twice while playing uncharted, though i think its because the disc is used.

same,the browser always crashs with me and so i dont use it.fallout 3 has crashed a few times,usually when i suicide with the mirv and get thrown out of the skybox

Sometimes when I bring up the XMB when a game is loading, it freezes.
