How to access europe ps store from us?

Can someone please explain exactly how to access the European PS store from the US. I want to download the Motorstorm Apocalypse demo. Do i have to create a whole new account? Please explain!

1) create a new user on the XMB. this means the new user will have none of your saves or trophies.

2)sign up for PSN and choose your location as a country in Europe (I advise UK)

3)enter a random address (though at least street name and postal code must really exist, use internet if necessary)

4)finish the process as usual. You now have access to European PSN
