Hows MAG?

Ive been playing call of duty for too long im bored from it. I know theres the gamespot rating but i was curious to get an opinion in the forums, is MAG any good? Do you actually get matches where its 128 on 128?

It a very different style of tactics. In order to get the most out of the game you really need to be a team player. The better organized team usually wins. Having a mic is important as well. The game itself does a good job of immersing you into a warzone especially on Domination where there are 256 players. Being in a clan helps a lot too.

I got bored really fast, there wasn't any teamwork that I could see (probably got stuck on the Short Bus faction). We lost. AL OT. Sell Game, Troubles Over. Your milage may vary.

I've been wondering about this game myself. I used to play BF1942 way back on the PC, and I loved 32 vs. 32, that was enough for me. Although I think 128 vs. 128 is kinda excessive, I wouldn't necessarily mind it. I've been looking for a game that replicates the old school point-capping Battlefield experience, without all the pre-requisite perks and other crap. Just a game where you can dive right in.
