wen im signed in....after like 10 minutes it signs out...little message on the top screen says there is an error with the PSN or something like dat and it disconnects...i cant stay online for longer than like 15 minutes max...

I was getting disconnected too and I didn't want to disable the media server so by doing what was it the link I posted I no longer get disconnected and I also have the media server working. Give it a try and see what happens for you, or just disable it. Your choice.
